Version 0.12.4


After a few bumpy patches i decided to release an incremental patch as the last number seemed cursed for some reason.

Current patch version is now 0.12.4


After deploying there were some issues like missing audio for the default "play none" which baffles me, then there was some issues with the trial and error testing of the boss AI as lower end PCs were suffering form the process and had to be tweaked for accesibility.

Meanwhile a few extra visual improvements made it in, there's a new icon that indicates a map change, new more detailed icons for keycards and a brand new picture for a story cutscene which shares more details to the backstory in the demo.

On a side note/mini rant, WASD&Arrow keys wasnt working properly which made me take several approaches, from plugin combos to core edits but it was always one or the other, the solution was had by actually modifying the code of a plugin made by Yanfly for MV, and thanks to this i ¿t cemented my reasons to stay on the MV engine as MZ popularized the "obfuscation" of plugin codes, if MechGears was made in MV this edit wouldnt have been possible whitout external help, which may be fine when the engine is the brand new thing but when MV and MZ get as old as VX does things wont be that easy.
